Our KPN case

The customer service department of KPN regularly sends a giftcard to customers that deserve extra attention. Normally they would send out fysical giftcards through the mail.

Now KPN has their own Giffy, that can only be accessed through a username and password. Here the call center agents can send out all sorts of giftcards via email or Whatsapp. They can even make it hyper personalised by adding a short video.

Now KPN knows exactly what has been sent to a customer and which agent gave the giftcard and whether the customer redeemed the card and when. A better experience for the customers and less cost but more data for KPN.
